Scheduling & Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
- Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee
- Emergency services are available and may be subject to after-hours rates
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered.

- We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing
- Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding
Estimates & Concealed Conditions
Written estimates describe the work we propose based on the conditions we can observe at the time of assessment. Concealed conditions — hidden duct damage, electrical capacity limits, or code deficiencies discovered after work begins — may require a revised scope, which we will explain and price before proceeding. Equipment availability and manufacturer pricing may change without notice.
Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
If you provide your phone number and opt in through a form on this site, you consent to receive transactional, service-related, and (where separately agreed) marketing text messages from Efficient Heating and Cooling via SMS and automated systems.
